Did you see the Indiana torch while it was in Union County?
Mrs. Migoski will be teaching Star Lab in Liberty next week so you will have Mrs. Hogan for music. Remember to be helpful and get three stars. Many of you are close to a popcorn party.

How was your long weekend? Mine was good. Kit and I hung out on the deck and ate peanuts in the shell. Mrs. Migoski won't let us eat them in the house - too messy!
Mrs. Migoski is still playing Pokemon. She found a Pikachu at Walmart in Oxford. She was pretty excited.

Are you excited about the upcoming three day weekend? I am. I am hoping Mrs. Migoski will take me kayaking at the park. I wonder if I can have a picnic with Kit?
This hot and humid weather is starting to make me crazy. I am looking forward to autumn weather. What is your favorite season? Mrs. Migoski is already buying Halloween decorations. It's not too hard to figure out her favorite season.
There is a home football game this Friday night.
Are you going? I love to hear the band play. If I could be in the band I would play trumpet. It is small but really loud!

Welcome back to school. I am so excited to see you! Mrs. Migoski's house is really boring. There are only two kids there and they are teenage boys who wear headphones all the time and never talk to me.

Hi Everyone,
I hope you had a great weekend and spent every possible moment outside. Mrs. Migoski and I walked across Brookville Dam, walked the campground at Whitewater, and went kayaking.
Do you take the ISTEP this week? What a great chance to show us what you know.
Have you noticed the Redbud trees? They are about to bloom. The weird thing is I think they look purple. Am I the only one?

How was your spring break? Mine was good. I walked everyday at Whitewater State Park. Mrs. Migoski and I did about 20 miles total.

COSI on Wheels and Star Lab are this week! How exciting! I love to go in the Star Lab. I feel like I am on the inside of a balloon.

It's been a while since I've talked to you. How have you been?
The weather is warming up! Do you think that means spring has arrived?
The time changes this weekend. That means an hour more of sunshine in the evenings. I hope you will get outside and play. I love to go to Whitewater State Park to play. Kit and I hike Memorial Loop and go for walks in the campground.
In another month Mrs. Migoski will be able to get her kayak out.

Hi Everyone!
Did you wear your winter coat today? And a hat? And gloves? Here is a picture of me (and Kit) all ready to go outside. I can't believe how cold it is.

We stayed inside and played board games this weekend. Have you ever played Sorry? It was fun!
3rd, 4th, and 5th graders: I have four words for you: Left. Hand. On. Top. Mrs. Migoski will be so happy if she doesn't have to say that while we play recorder today.

Hi Everyone! It is so cold out there! Kit and I didn't get to go to the park this weekend. Did you enjoy your popcorn last week? Make sure you earn 3 stars every music class so we can do it again very soon.
Kindergarten, first and second grades: I think Mrs. Migoski wants to talk about string instruments this week. That's why I am standing next to this guitar. Can you think of any other instruments that have strings on them?
Third, fourth, and fifth grades: Are you ready for recorder? Do you think you can become a black belt recorder player? Good luck!
If we don't have any snow days this week I won't see you next Monday - it will be a day off! Have a good week and don't forget you can send me an email if you want to. Mrs. Migoski should have a paper for you with my email address on it.
